Family Works Dedicated Intake Service

Dedicated Intake Service (DIS): All intakes receive an active service from the time they enter Family Works and will be assisted and supported to find the best service to fit their needs, either inside Family Works or externally or a combination of both if this is what works best for the family. This service provides support to clients/families during a broad assessment to determine their needs and how best to meet them, as well as providing support while they are waiting for a further service. The Dedicated Intake Service covers the wider Southland area.
