Know a café, tradie, shop or other business that could use the Goblin Local Services package? Share your personal referral link from My Account. If that introduction becomes a paying GLS customer, you earn 10% of the first payment we actually receive, once per referred business.
The reward comes from GLS's share, not the local partner's commission. A free listing, free trial or unpaid enquiry earns no referral credit: there must be a payment received.
Illustrative example—not a quoted price or guaranteed earning
If a referred business's first payment received is A$300, your 10% referral credit is A$30. The actual credit depends on the amount received, not a projected contract total.
These are cash rewards in AUD, separate from business referral credit. Genuine contributions and eligible sales matter—not simply clicking or posting.
Tell people about a real local deal, find, event or useful alert. Scoops are reviewed before publication. Confirm another person's scoop only when you know it is accurate.
No self-confirmations or duplicate confirmations. Time-limited scoops help keep local information fresh.
List second-hand goods for free and find buyers locally. An eligible paid sale confirmed by the buyer rewards both people.
Reward eligibility requires the item to have been listed for at least 7 days, a buyer enquiry recorded through Goblin Social, and buyer confirmation within the 7-day confirmation window starting when the seller marks it sold and nominates the buyer. Free items do not earn sale rewards.
Points count towards the leaderboard; they are not cash and do not guarantee a prize. Current prizes and eligibility are shown on the leaderboard.
Approved scoop rewards and eligible Marketplace rewards enter the cash-rewards wallet as pending transactions.
Cash rewards are held for at least 7 days and cleared by weekly processing. Check the available balance in your Rewards dashboard.
Once your cleared cash balance reaches A$20, you can request a bank transfer or PayPal payout. Requests are processed by the team, not paid instantly.
Referral credit cannot be withdrawn and does not count towards the A$20 cash-payout threshold.

Represent the whole Goblin Local Services package, not just a directory subscription. Partners sell the agreed offer from first knock to signature, pass service issues straight to 52, the AI orchestrator, and keep their area's directory accurate.
You are an authorised representative, not a reseller. Exclusive postcode territories, setup commission and ongoing retention payments are covered by the partner agreement. This is a separate arrangement from a member's 10% referral credit.

Start with a free directory listing. Gold adds a richer profile and special offer: free for the first 3 months with no card, then A$19/month only if you choose to keep it without a GLS product. Otherwise you can stay with a free standard listing.
Use any paid Goblin Local Services product and Gold stays free while you use it. Choose the tools your business needs: AI concierge, Calendar bookings, Comms, Orders and dispatch, Money and billing, People, Sales, and Results.
Tools and workflows are configured to the agreed scope. Pricing is on enquiry; concierge phone and AI usage costs are passed through at actual cost, not an unlimited free extra. Setup is waived for voluntary/community organisations.
