Loss and Grief Centre

We are here to help you in navigating the journey through Loss and Grief. We offer support for people living with loss and grief of any sort- including grief from bereavement, separation, illness, isolation and other life changes. We offer a range of services including a formal counselling service, drop-in support, support groups (Men's Support Group, Women's Support Group, Therapeutic Art Group, Walk and Talk Group), subsidised counselling, community care service, and maternalcare service for whānau who have experienced baby or pregnancy loss. A diverse team of passionate contractors with varying qualifications and life experience provide tailored support for all ages: Child, Youth, Adult, and Older adult.
