Paringa Bridge
📍 Paringa Bridge, Paringa SA 5340
Built in 1927 to allow both road and rail access across the Murray. A section lifts vertically twice a day (around 9:30am and 2:30pm when river traffic requires it) to allow boats to pass. Rail lines removed; pedestrians and bike riders can cross via the central path. Interesting piece of engineering almost 100 years old.
