Castlemaine and surrounds Repair Cafe

The Castlemaine and surrounds Repair Café happens on the last Sunday of the month from January to November. Bring along broken household appliances, sewing repairs, toys, etc. You can also learn bicycle maintenance. Join the Mending Circle and swap tips on crochet, darning, knitting, hand sewing, etc. or learn to do these so your clothes continue to be usable. There's also help with mobile phones, cyber security tips / safe disposal and recycling of electronic devices and much more. Get Apple Mac advice and simple device or application support. If complex work is needed, your computer is taken away and worked on for a fee. Repair Cafés are about keeping things out of landfill, saving you money, and giving members of the community the opportunity to volunteer.
