Earth and Sky Yoga Studio Foundations Class

Our 7-Week Foundations Yoga course is the perfect place to begin—or begin again. Move slowly and steadily as we break down the basics of yoga: key postures, safe alignment, breath awareness, and simple transitions. Each week builds confidence, strength, and ease in the body, with plenty of space to ask questions and learn at your own pace. Ideal for beginners, return-to-practice students, or anyone wanting to refine the fundamentals and feel more at home on their mat. No need to be able to touch your toes to join - Everyone Welcome! All yoga equipment provided in a beautiful bush studio. Saturday 9.30am - 10.45am. $25.00 for a single class.
