Terms of Hire

1. Eligibility

The Hirer must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid current driver's license. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to operate the motorized cart at any time.

2. Operational Rules

• Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to two (2) persons per cart.
• Carts must be kept at least 5 meters away from greens, bunkers, and tee boxes.
• Hirers must follow all directional signage and stay on designated cart paths where applicable.
• The consumption of alcohol while operating the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

3. Damage and Responsibility

The Hirer accepts full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the cart, the golf course, or third-party property during the hire period. The cart must be returned in the same condition as received.

4. Return and Late Fees

Carts must be returned to the designated storage area by the "Return Time" specified on the booking confirmation. Failure to return the cart on time may result in automatic late fees charged at the Tier 3 rate.
